I live in a small town called Zeist, in the center of the Netherlands. The closest big city is Utrecht, which has alot of historical buildings and is great for shopping. This weekend I’ll be visiting Groningen, in the north of my country. I’ve never been there yet!

many thanks for your nice card from Arnhem. To be true sometimes I miss the “European” sky with the bis white clouds. Here at the Mediterranean see I have about 300 sunny days per year. :o) you should take a look to Turkey. It’s a great country with an incredible interesting history and nice nature. In Antalya we have palms and 2500 m high mountains. In the winter time I could ski in the morning and lying in the sun at the see in afternoon.

“Hello Kartyn. Thank you for this watercolour painting of contented cows grazing in a Spring meadow. The rural scene takes me back to my childhood. There are very few cows farmed in East Anglia. The land is used to grow mostly vegetables.
